Fees and Financial Information
Our fees are competitive and are based upon rates within our community.
We accept cash, checks, and the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
All deductibles and fee amounts not covered by insurance are due at time of service.
Checks returned for insufficient funds, closed accounts, or stop payments are charged a $30.00 fee for processing or the maximum amount allowed by law.
We are a member of SimpleCare, which allows us to offer rates beyond our standard cash discounts to patients who are members of SimpleCare.
